Custom QR Code Counter Sign — 5 × 7 in

Turn a scan into a menu view, booking, website visit, or customer review. A compact, personalized acrylic sign keeps your chosen link easy to find at the counter.

• One rectangular clear acrylic sign, nominally 5 × 7 inches, with a simple wood slot base.
• Single-sided UV print with your existing logo, a short heading, and one QR code.
• For indoor counter or tabletop use.

Send the final destination URL with your artwork. We generate the production QR code from your URL and test the printed code before fulfillment. The QR pattern in the mockup is illustrative. NFC hardware, paid QR subscriptions, website creation, and link hosting are not included.

Personalization included

Send your existing logo and wording. The price includes placement in a standard layout, one digital proof, and one revision before approval. Original logo design, extensive artwork repair, additional revisions, and custom shapes are quoted separately.
