If there is an issue with your item, please contact us and we will make it right.

Non-Custom Items

Non-custom items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Custom Items

Custom printed items are made to order and are final sale.

Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged due to:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color selection

  • Placement preference

  • Customer-provided artwork issues

Printing Defects

If your item arrives with a printing defect or we made an error, we will replace it.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue
